JUST BREATHE | Yoga
Let Kuro Lotuz be your new favorite workout buddy! Zalika has been a certified black belt martial artist/instructor, yoga practitioner, educator, artist, and community event planner in Washington, DC/Maryland for over 10 years. Zalika found her passion for sharing knowledge and uplifting others in her youth as a volunteer for various programs. Having experienced the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of consistent exercise, she found inspiration for the mission behind her business Kuro Lotuz.
Zalika believes that everyone deserves to live a healthy, peaceful, and happy life and that consistent mindful movement is instrumental in making that happen. Each session is catered to personal needs such as modifications, target areas, energy level, and emotional state. Pulling from her own experience of incorporating plant medicine into a fitness routine, Zalika guides you through a yoga flow while discussing tips on cannabis consumption.
